This week on the Intermission Podcast the Movie Guys discuss the blowing up of things, the Intern’s weekend adventure, and of course the best Marvel movie to ever be released… in the year of 2017, Logan! Enjoy, or at least try to, Guy was being especially annoying.
Brain Candy Live!
So this weekend most of the Movie Guys crew went out to Corey’s house to blow stuff up with tannerite. Guy was even allowed to shoot a gun! Well, at first… But nobody died so that’s good I guess.
While the rest of the guys were endangering their lives by giving Guy a weapon, the Intern was voyaging to the Ohio capital of Cleveland, to see Adam Savage and Michael Stevens at Brain Candy Live! It was incredible, to say the least. Full of science and stuff, which apparently the Intern is into (or is it “into”? No, it’s definitely “into”. Shouldn’t have second guessed me). He had a good time, a much better time than those idiots blowing themselves up.
While the Intern was telling his story Craig cracked open a Shandy Bass drink that he got from Jungle Jim’s. He was not a fan, saying something about it tasting like flat, lemony’, NA beer. Sounds great to me but what do I know?

All the Movie Guys, well the important ones, went and saw Logan! Corey loved it so much. So so much. He said how it was good and stuff. The ending was great, so great. Just the best. Josh enjoyed Logan thoroughly, best Wolverine by far according to just about everyone (everyone that’s not stupid that is). Guy pointed out that there really hasn’t been a very good wolverine movie until now so it really didn’t have too high of a bar. It was definitely R rated which was good, even though they might have forced the language. Guy, of course, didn’t like the ending but screw him. The Intern loved it too, much more than everyone else. And X-23 was awesome by the way, just wanted to get that out there.
In Other News
Guy went to a UFC meet and greet and got his ass kicked. It wasn’t by one of the fighters, though… He watched some guys lift some fat dead people, apparently broke the record for that. Then he sexually harassed some women and explains how people shrink when they get famous.
Craig watched a Netflix show called Wreck Trek. It’s about 6 idiots that drive junk cars all the way from Germany to the ass end of Africa. Crazy right?! So guess what the Movie Guys are doing this summer!
Then we talk about puppies. I can’t disclose any more of this conversation other than it is definitely about puppies and how to properly care for puppies. Puppies were in no way a euphemism for anything else. Puppies are just puppies. Nothing more. I really wish you would stop asking. I’m serious, drop it. That’s it, this conversation is over!
