Intermission Podcast – A funny movie podcast
This week, things are discussed, people are called names that aren’t very kind, and no shits are given. Probably. Who even knows? You soon will because there’s no turning back from (read in booming echo-y announcer voice) Episode 109 of The Intermission Podcast!!!!
Kicking things off, we get the lowdown on Guy’s adventure trying to get the latest Deftones album. Pre orders were screwed up, monthly memberships were not thought through, and money was wasted, but in the end, Guy always gets his Deftones CD.
Craig is toying around with the idea of some sort of Movieguys week in review so all you fans know what is going on. So keep your eyes/ears peeled for that in the upcoming weeks.Speaking of fans, if you’re shooting for that coveted #1 Fan position you might have to step up your game after the fan email we recently received. Craig reads it on the show, and it blows us all away.
We get to talking about some video game stuff, and then some stuff about the new trailer for Rogue One, and then some stuff about a new series on Amazon Video, 11.22.63. Also with the season 6 finale of The Walking Dead airing last week, you’ll get reactions to the huge cliffhanger from Guy, Corey, and Josh. Craig is scared of zombies, so he plugs his ears when we talk about The Walking Dead.
This is where things take that famous Intermission Podcast turn. One second we’re talking about how to get a full sized couch up to Josh’s third story apartment, and the next second Guy is trying to convince us that penguins don’t have feathers. The only logical conclusion to all this is that we wind up planning a trip to the zoo.
Finally, after trying to do a little pre-planning for the 2016 Ohio Comi-Con, we get into our favorite movies from the year 2009:
