This bit of news brings me joy and great sadness at the same time. It has been rumored that The Simpsons will be getting their own theme park ride at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Of course this ride will be opened sometime after the movie and will be themed on that yellow family that we have grown to love. However, this is coming with sacrifice. Universal has closed and is preparing removal of the Back to the Future ride to make room for The Simpsons. It has been closed for good and will never re-open. As a huge Simpsons fan I welcome the ride, but I will greatly miss Back to the Future.
