For the record I am still against Crank 2 being a sequel. However, I feel that I have bitched about it enough and it is time for me to just accept it. We have seen a few trailers so far, and recently a cool new poster, and some awesome new pics were released. I really hope that I can get over the fact that Crank 2 is a sequel and enjoy the film.
Crank 2 - Poster
I am finding myself wondering how they are going to pull it off after the ending of the first one. I had a few. I know it was rumored for a while that the ending of Crank 1 was just a dream and never actually happened. This would work, but I really hope that this isn’t the case. For some reason, I just think that this would piss me off. It is just too easy, not nearly creative enough. A thought that I had was perhaps he is so jacked up on adrenaline, caffein and his own ego that he has become super human and actully survived the fall, with sever trauma of course. I think this would be a great way to justify the sequel. Not only does this keep the integrity of the first film, but provides a whole premise for the second.
Do you guys have any ideas?
