So a while back the move Crank was released. The movie starred Jason Statham as a hitman that was poisoned and spent his last hours getting revenge. Personally I loved it in every way and rushed out to buy it the day it was released to dvd. News has recently been released that there will be a Crank 2! The writers have also promised that they will not sell out and make it a prequel. They also went on to say that it will pick up where the first movie left off.
I am absolutely stoked for a Crank 2 but it leaves me with many questions, like how will they pull off a sequel? Those of you that have seen the first Crank will surely understand where I am coming from with this. The next question is, will it star Statham? It just wouldn’t be Crank without him, but this just brings me back to my first question. I really hope that this movie lives up to the original. There is no word on a release date yet but, but we will keep you updated as we hear more news.
