Grindhouse: What’s the deal?

March 26, 2007 By Dustin Leave a Comment

Tarantino and Rodriguez are at it again, only this time with two features for the price of one. For those of you that have been living under a rock, some movies on their resume include: From Dusk til Dawn, Sin City, Desperado, Four Rooms, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico. The team paired up this time in honor of the old rundown theaters that play double-bill “B” movies. This movie will be a full-length feature containing two individually made movies, one by each Rodriguez and Tarantino.

Many are asking the “so called” important rating question of, Will this movie be rated NC-17? If it is rated NC-17 will that has an impact on the distribution of the film? Will it affect who will actually come to see the film? Well, I know what most Tarantino and Rodriguez fans are saying, “who cares?” I really don’t give a crap what rating it gets. I am well over 18 years old and a true slasher/horror fan, so whatever Tarantino makes, I will definitely watch.
