With James Bond #22 just around the corner, the studio has released a new clip. This new clip gives us a peak at a short and sweet conversation between Bond and M.
So far I look forward to the film, and I expect for it to be just as good as the other Bond’s. So far Daniel Craig is chaping up to be in my top 2 favorite Bond actors.
Q will always be missed by me, as he was my favorite character in the series, but I still feel that James Bond is a powerful series of films. I am still concerned though what will come next? Surely we haven’t seen the end of James Bond, but the Quantum of Solace being the last short story the films were based off of leaves me wondering. What I expect will happen is this;
Bond 22 will go out with a bang, an awesome film pulling out all the stops. Then after the immense success of the Quantum of Solace the studio will decide that it is time for another one. After going through a quick writing process based on what statistics they can gather they will produce a film. It is my prediction that the film will suck, and ruin the good name for Bond.
Of course after #23 bombs the producers will decide that maybe another film is in order to regain Bond’s good name. They will try a bit harder, but the damage is already done. Bond will then be put to rest for good….. Or 10 years or so when they try to cannibalize the film series and start again.
I really hope that the series ends here that way this scenario doesn’t happen, but I expect as long as it is making money, there will be Bond movies. Maybe they will be good, maybe they will be bad. Only time can tell.

Well the trailers always make these Bond films look bland.
I didn’t even see the last Bond until the dvd came out.
I’m betting this new Bond will be the biggest one yet!!!
The Star Trek trailer will prob add an extra 10 mil.
They’ll never stop doing Bond films, in the same way they will never stop making Doctor Who tv shows.
Its like a GNP (gross national product) for the British…

I agree 790, there will most likely always be James bond movies being made. however, seeing as how this is the last of the short stories the films were based off of I predict that all future films will suck.

Hahahaa
Well, the way things are flowing (out of the rectum, known as the free media),,, he’ll prob go after the Bin Laden terror network next film… Gawd save the queen.
No seriously I imagine as long as Craigs on board the films will be pretty good.
I also predict (unless apocalypse full filled) he will prob be “Bond” for a long ass time………

After this next film I will decide for sure, but I think that Daniel Craig is in the running for the best bond ever.

Yeah I agree Stan,,,
The New Bond is the same kinda thing they did with the New Doctor Who,,, upgraded it and grounded it more in reality !!!
Craigs the best for sure, I actually don’t like to see him in other films cause I just want him to play Bond. 8-)

SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT
Villains are out to take control of south America in the latest James Bond flick. I’ve heard Craig carries this film but characterization is lacking. Weak villain as well, but plenty of explosions, action, and bedroom time with Gemma Arterton. A number of nods to past Bond films but Craig doesn’t get the
mileage out of them he should. We don’t get the John Berry theme till the end of the show either, which makes twice now it’s been passed on, to put the audience in the mood. Sounds like a
disappointing 3.5 out of 5 star movie. Too bad…

Well, the people commenting about it are Brits. It could be just
that classic under stated way, many of them still maintain.. From an American point of view, it might warrant another 1/2 star. Guess I’ll have to see for myself! :)
