Ever since I was little I have loved comic books. I was never really into the Fantastic 4 series of comics but I had read a couple which were rather interesting. The first movie wasn’t that impressive to me but this second installment, Rise of the Silver Surfer, I must say is the better of the two. Even though I liked the movie, it still wasn’t the caliber of X-Men or the Spider-Man trilogies though. It comes off a little cheesy in some scenes. The Silver Surfer concept is totally intriguing and is what makes the movie. I need more Silver Surfer! There isn’t enough Silver Surfer action in the movie. Jessica Alba is once again hot and you get a little tease of her actually being naked. Hey can we permanently change the tool who plays the human torch to Jessica Alba because she was totally Hott as a flame chick, even if it was only for a minute. Over all I think the movie is good even if it is cheesy at times, but I think that’s for the kiddies.
