Just when you thought that the summer of sequels may have come to an end, Carter and Lee are back at it again in Rush Hour 3. This time they have to go to Paris, France. It begins with the two of them not being on the best of terms and working separately in Los Angeles. Supposedly Carter shot Lee’s ex-girlfriend in the neck. Ouch! Eventually they run into each other and find themselves working on another case as partners. During a joint investigation of an attempted assassination, they begin to mend there relationship and figure out the truth behind something way bigger than what they realized.

I enjoyed the laughs I had from this movie, but the plot was not very interesting and didn’t even compare to the other two previous movies. The only thing that really kept me interested was the consistent comedic performance of Chris Tucker and the few parts the taxi driver was in. Unfortunately the fighting and action scenes were not that intense and didn’t really get me pumped up like an action movie should. Although once again Jackie Chan amazed me with his utilization of objects that I would never even think of using. He hides himself in a giant flag somehow and eventually uses it as a parachute. I was rather impressed and humored by that scene. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the last Rush Hour because I’m assuming that people will see it is nowhere near being as good as the other two and probably won’t do very well in the box office. Who Knows? I could be wrong.
